Tuition Guidelines:

> Tuition fee is based on the full dance year from September to June. It is based on 38 weeks for the dance year (not how many weeks / classes per month) and is broken down into
monthly payments (September to June). All holiday breaks are accounted for. The monthly fee remains the same regardless of the number of classes in any given month. Most months
have 4 classes, sometimes there will be 5. December and June are short months.

> Monthly tuition is based upon the number of hours a student spends in the classroom per week.

> If the entire year's monthly tuition is paid in full by September 10,2009, a 5% discount is given. If a student withdraws prior to the end of year, tuition reverts to full price for classes
taken.

> First tuition is due at time of registration. Please see the school office for payment options.

> Tuition is due on or by the 10th of the month and is non-refundable.

> Tuition is not prorated for partial attendance.

> Family discounts given for 2 or more dancers in the family.

> Late Fees: If the payment is received after the 10th of the month, there will be a $15.00 late charge.

>>>For any payment that is more than 10 days late, a $15.00 late fee will be incurred. For each subsequent 15 day late period, an additional $15.00 will be charged. Accounts past due
beyond 8 weeks are subject to collections and additional charges. Students with accounts more than 10 business days outstanding will not be admitted to class until tuition is brought
current.

>>>if you choose not to return to the studio, all delinquent accounts will be turned over to a collection agency.

> Late fee policies are strictly enforced.

> Returned checks will be charged a $30.00 service fee (per check)

> Consistent Late Payments and/or Returned Checks: Consistent late payments and/or returned checks may result in requiring cash or money order payments for all future tuition
charges. It may also result in the suspension of privileges therefore requiring advance payment in cash.

> Refund Policy: Once classes have begun, tuition is not refundable. Enrollment guarantees your place in the classroom and a commitment to fulfill tuition requirement. Students who
miss class or withdraw before the end of the month are still obligated for the full month's fees.

> No refunds are given for classes missed because of illness, injury or vacation. Credit will be given only for a prolonged injury or health problem with supporting medical
documentation.

> Any changes to your original schedule must be submitted in writing to the School Office or your account will be billed accordingly.
